Why is it only in Korean language and not in English?

Still horrible

What use is this app if you can only show the mobile card if you are connected to the Internet? Guess what, at one of the two airports where you have to check in, you wont have Internet. Even if you do, it is extremely slow and you have to log in every single time. The updated UI is even more ugly than before, and for a gold card the app cannot even show the number legible for check in staff because it is covered by the due date (is this app tested at all?). Even better, airline refuses to give a physical card even though its website says you get one with gold - and the emails they sent are not according to my settings, but the country where I initially applied for my membership (I dont speak Chinese!)

Buggy and difficult to use

Must re-enter (complicated) password to view member card each time. Strangely, the ID is not the card number, it is something else and there is no explanation. States in footnote that you must have plastic card for membership benefits. Cant make a reservation for a (Korea) domestic flight, no explanation why. This app is truly worthless.

Horrible app

This app is horrible for managing existing reservations. Something as simple as choosing your seat is impossible because the app directs you to a Korean site. For a great airline, the app is extremely disappointing.

The app becomes a static image

The homepage is just an image. No button is functional.

Useless if Youre Stateside

You can still check in using the app but you wont be getting your boarding pass. Didnt want to check in any baggage so I thought it would be convenient to have a boarding and not have to fall in line at the check in counter but still did anyway since I didnt have a boarding pass.

Horrible, just horrible

The app is only good at looking at the home page of the app. You cant login in, there are two ways to login, and you cant login using either way. It doesnt recognize any of your information so you can reset your password. It doesnt do anything.

Latest update switches from English to Korean

App is set to English But after entering confirmation number and date to view reservation (as a guest) it brings up my itinerary in Korean.

Poorest quality app Ive used on App Store

App would crash without wifi even when I am connected to LTE network. Daily maintenance from 23:00-23:59 based on Korean time. That would be 8:00-8:59 US Pacific time! Pls have some sense.

Great airline. Terrible App

Asiana is a great airline. Great service, but unfortunately technology is not their strong suit. I have been a loyal Diamond member of Asiana Club for several years but Ive always been disappointed with their website and now more recently their app. Not very functional but its a little more user friendly than their website.

Deleted immediately

One of the pushiest apps. Even after going to Settings and turning off push notifications, it turns them back on immediately.

Worst app ever

Not even worth a star... They should invest some $ on an app to meet the bare minimum requirement of todays airline app. If not, dont even release this kinda junk!

Need to uninstall and reinstall to work

The app crashes, but if you uninstall and reinstall the app it should work. The new UI looks good.
